Panic Disorder

A panic episode occurs without warning, bringing with it disabling anxiety, apprehension, and affliction.
The individual´s heart races making their muscles have the blood flow to run and fight danger. However, when people have a panic episode, they’re not responding to something that requires battle or sprinting; they are reacting to invisible dangers. Symptoms of panic disorder may include tightening of the chest and respiration problems.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a collective hysteria crisis, with panic attacks growing exponentially. Mainstream-media fear-mongering reporting is partially responsible for this together with our natural fear of death.
